Group insurance is available to all full-time employees and their dependents. Medical, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability and flex spending. Employees and their dependents are eligible for health benefits on the first day of the month following thirty days of employment.
Life
High Trust Bank provides life insurance for eligible employees equal to 2 ½ times the employee's annual base salary up to a maximum of $350,000 plus accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
